ROCKIN’ PINES CABIN

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

CHECK IN : Check in is 1pm  every day

Water is pure to drink. 

There is a landline phone in the downstairs bedroom. Connect your cellphones to WIFI at the cabin. Password provided at the cabin.

Keep the A/C mini split remotes in the holders. Adjust to your comfort.

Please keep all non-burnable trash separate.

No hunting, smoking, pets, or ATV’S. 

Do not open windows. 

No shooting guns or setting off fireworks or throwing stuff in the house. Please do not stand on the furniture or jump on the beds and couches. 

CHECK OUT:  11 am every day , Except  3 pm on a Sunday

If you used the grill, please clean it up.  

WASH ANY DISHES YOU USED.

Feel free to burn your burnable garbage in the burn barrel. Take your non-burnable garbage with you.

If you soiled any towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen rags and towels etc. that make more than one load of laundry for the cleaning lady, please let us know this when you check out!

 A laundry fee will be charged if you leave more than one load of dirty laundry behind.  There is a washer and dryer at the cabin.

 If you have a lot of laundry there is a laundromat 12 min. away: 

The Hughesville Laundry Basket 70 North Main Street Hughesville, Pa 17737.

MAKE SURE ALL OF THE DOORS ARE LOCKED WHEN YOU CHECK OUT.

 The cleaning lady will clean after your stay.

 Renter is responsible for broken items and letting us know if something is broken.
